Shipping Details

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email from us. This would be subject to order volumes and stock availability at the time of order. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped which would indicate your parcel tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard shipping rate of $15 (excl. GST) would apply for orders under $250, applied at checkout.

Bulk items (categorised) would attract additional freight charges, applied at checkout.

Other bulk or heavy items and higher volumes would attract additional freight charges (not categorised above). Please email us at info@accidentalhsvic.com.au for a quote on freight charges with item description and quantity.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times

We will use different freight options from time to time. Currently we use the following courier services for deliveries.

Australia Post

StarTrack

Aramex (Fastway)

Estimated delivery times by the freight companies may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we do not accept liability for late deliveries.

Track You Order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status. Please allow a reasonable time for the tracking information to become available on the respective courier website. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@accidentalhsvic.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

We only ship within Australia.

Please contact us at info@accidentalhsvic.com.au for any International Shipping rates (quotes) as we may be able to ship some of our products internationally.
